HP laptop mouse pad không làm việc nửa , Bạn nào biết xin chỉ mình sửa lại.

Some HP laptops have a button at the top of the touch pad to turn it on and off. Make sure that your button didn't get bumped accidentally, and turn the touch pad off.

If the button is on (or there is no button) then the next place to check is Control Panel. Open CONTROL PANEL, then open MOUSE. Check the HARDWARE tab to see if the system reports that the touch pad is working properly. Check the DEVICE SETTINGS tab, and make sure that it shows that the touch pad is enabled. On the DEVICE SETTINGS, click the RESET DEVICES button and see if that restores functionality.



When all else fails, try a cold reboot. From the START button, click on SHUT DOWN, and let the laptop completely turn off. Unplug any USB devices from the laptop. Turn the laptop back on, and after it has completely booted, try the touch pad to see if it works.

If you still have no response from the touch pad, it could be that you need to replace the touch pad. (they can wear out!) Only try this if you are very experienced in working with laptops - otherwise, find a reputable repair depot.

Có người họ chỉ là: Tháo cục battery ra để chút xíu thôi rồi gắng vô lại là work liền hà..thử đi nhe.

Hay là có khi nào mình in accident mình lỡ tay hit cái key nào đó mà nó làm cho disable cái Synaptics Touchpad hay khg?...dzị thì enable nó lại bằng cách là:
Right click on the Synaptics Pointing Device ( The icon left side of Battery indicator )
Select the Pointing Device Properties
Select the tab 'Device settings'

Enable Synaptics Touchpad.

Nếu những gì HA hướng dẩn vẩn không được thì bạn vô đây điền tên máy và model để DL drive hay up date software cho máy bạn ở trang nhà của Hp....Việt hay làm như vậy mổi khi máy hoạt động không đúng.....!

Đây là web site HP Support cho người ở Mỹ....nhưng Việt nghỉ có thể sử dụng ở nước khác ,miển là cùng model...!

Dzụ này là em bị...rồi em tháo máy ra em thay cái pad khác dzô luôn đó...tại máy em cũ quá nên cái pad nó rời ra nên dzễ thay..máy mới sau này mouse pad nó build dính liên với vái vỏ luôn...hủng biết đâu mà rờ nữa.
