Hoặc vào trang web của hiệu máy bạn đã mua ( trong này theo bạn nói thì máy bạn hiệu HP - hewlett-packard ) để down driver cài là ok.

Theo md thì nếu computer của bác cài Vista thì khi lên mạng máy sẽ tự động kiếm soundcard driver thích hợp còn nếu như bác xài XP thì vào kho Phần Mềm tha CD XP drivers bỏ vào khi bác update driver(xem trong mục Device Manager) nó cũng sẽ tự động update.Trường hợp nữa nếu thích thì bác có thể dúng s/w Scandriver để nó tự kiếm và update cho bác.Chúc bác như ý.

Sau khi cài xong bác đã vào Device Manager check lại xem nó còn màu vàng không.Nếu không thấy màu vàng với cái chấm hỏi nữa là OK rùi,tiếp đến bác check lại speaker(trường hợp xài speaker bên ngoài) xem đã cắm dúng chỗ chưa?Thử dùng realtek audio xem(máy của nd cũng hp và xài thứ này).
