It's so easy, just plug your iPod to the Computer and you will see a folder having lot of subfolders on your Hard disk where they contain all your iPod music then copy the desired music from these folders to anywhere you want (Installation of iTunes is required).

+1st iTunes File menu > Add to Library... & select the songs to add. Hold SHIFT key for selecting multiple songs.
+Drag & drop the songs onto iTunes Library icon above the playlists. This can be via your Saved Files.(this folder where you kêep your music)
then sysnc.
